Welcome to CareRunners. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
CareRunners provides errand running, grocery delivery, senior support assistance, and local courier services within Walton County and surrounding areas. Our services are intended to assist individuals with daily tasks and logistical needs.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information for all service requests. This includes correct pickup and delivery locations, specific instructions for purchases, and timely payment for services rendered and goods purchased on their behalf.
3. Pricing and Payment
Service fees are based on the type of task, distance, and time required. Current rates are available on our Pricing page. Payment for the service fee must be made upon completion of the task unless otherwise agreed. For Shop & Deliver services, users must reimburse CareRunners for the full cost of items purchased plus the service fee.
4. Limitation of Liability
CareRunners acts as an agent for the user in performing requested errands. While we strive for excellence and reliability, CareRunners is not liable for the quality of third-party products purchased or delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party merchant issues.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations made within two hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please notify us as soon as possible if your needs change.
6. Membership Terms
Memberships provide priority scheduling and discounted service rates. Monthly fees are non-refundable and will be automatically renewed unless cancelled. Benefits apply only to the primary account holder.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
8. Changes to Terms
CareRunners reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

SMS Terms
By opting in to receive text messages from CareRunners LLC, you agree to receive service-related SMS messages such as quote notifications, order confirmations, delivery updates, scheduling information, customer support messages, and other operational communications related to your requested services.
Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time. You may reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to submit a service request.
