Subscribers benefit from a $10 base cost for standard Pickup & Delivery, a significant reduction from the $15 rate for non-members. The first 3 delivery miles are included with every order, followed by a rate of $1.25 per mile. Each $19 monthly membership supports one local household and provides priority scheduling access. Please note that Shop & Deliver, Business Courier, and extra service fees are not discounted. Same-day availability is assessed upon request. Plans renew automatically until you choose to cancel.

Our Care plan reduces your base rate to $10 (a saving of $5 per delivery compared to non-members). The first 3 miles are included, with additional mileage billed at $1.25 per mile. Membership is $19/month and includes priority scheduling, same-day consideration when available, family/caregiver coordination, and recurring-request convenience. Discounts do not apply to Shop & Deliver, Business Courier, or specialty fees. Membership continues monthly until canceled.

Care Plan Overview

Care Membership Pricing

The Care plan is $19 per month. Members pay a $10 base fee for standard Pickup & Delivery (nonmembers pay $15). The first 3 delivery miles are included, with a $1.25 charge for each mile thereafter. All memberships are optional.

Miles & Service Coverage

Included miles are calculated per individual delivery request and do not accumulation or roll over. Only standard Pickup & Delivery base fees and the first 3 delivery miles are covered by membership benefits.

Households & Coordination

A single membership covers one designated household address. We include family and caregiver coordination to manage errands seamlessly for loved ones at the service address, with recurring-request convenience for consistent needs.

Non-Discounted Expenses

Discounts apply to standard Pickup & Delivery base fees only. There are no member discounts on Shop & Deliver, Business Courier, or actual merchandise costs unless specifically noted.

Scheduling Priority

Care members receive priority scheduling and consideration for same-day requests when available. Priority status is subject to courier volume and doesn't guarantee a specific appointment time.

Billing & Cancellation

Memberships renew automatically each month at $19. You can cancel through your account dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but benefits remain active until the current cycle expires.
