No. Anyone can use CareRunners. Memberships are optional and provide savings on eligible standard Pickup & Delivery orders along with scheduling priority benefits.
Yes. Family members and caregivers can coordinate CareRunners services on behalf of a loved one. Service details, availability, and delivery information will be confirmed before the request is completed.
Yes. With Shop & Deliver, you provide your shopping list and we'll shop for the items, handle checkout, and deliver them to you. Merchandise costs are separate from the CareRunners service fee.
Eligible prescription pickups may be available when permitted by the pharmacy and applicable law. Pharmacy authorization, identification requirements, and medication restrictions may apply.
Some heavy and bulky items can be delivered for an additional handling fee. Special arrangements may be required for very large or heavy items. See our Pricing page for current handling fees and restrictions.
CareRunners serves DeFuniak Springs and surrounding Walton County communities. Standard service is generally available within 15 miles of the pickup location. Longer-distance requests may require a custom quote.
